Jo Piccol wurde in Langenwang/Stmk. geboren und tat sich schon in frühen Jahren als Schülerzeitungsredakteur und Kabarettist hervor. Er studierte Publizistik sowie Theater-, Film und Medienwissenschaft in Wien und ist seither als Texter und Kreativdirektor in der Werbebranche tätig. Daneben lehrt er Marketing und Werbung an der HBLV für Graphische Berufe und der FH in Wien. Er veröffentlichte bisher die Reisesatire „2 Schweine in Australien“ (gemeinsam mit Joe S.
